Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation email

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@outpostgears.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or our error. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit or gift cards as a substitute for refunds.
