Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on item size and destination. Estimated transit times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select items)
Large items (kayaks, large tents, roof rack systems) ship via freight carrier. A freight representative will contact you to schedule delivery.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Order Fulfillment
Outpost Gears works with warehouse partners to fulfill your orders. Your item may ship directly from a warehouse partner's facility. This does not affect your order experience — you will receive tracking information and all customer service is handled by Outpost Gears.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS.com, FedEx.com, or USPS.com) to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@outpostgears.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
