Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where inventory is unavailable. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
